Friday-September 13, 2024
9 AM – Hospitality room open
- All day- Room hopping, Scavenger Hunt and “Find Larry’s Friends” around the hotel.
- Costume Contest (entry drop off in Hospitality room)
- Information- Costume contest entries are based upon this years theme- “There’s No Place Like Winona!” Entry needs to contain a PEZ dispenser. Let your imagination run wild! All registered attendees vote with winners announced at Saturday’s show.
2 PM Seminar – (TBD)
6 PM Captain Log’s Games- come and check them out! Fun, prizes, second chance opportunities, you can’t go wrong. Silent Auction bidding opens.
7:30 ish PM Live Charity Auction- Our charity- Home and Community Options, Inc. supports individuals with developmental and other disabilities to live the lives they want to live. The live auction will conclude within a 2-hour time frame, with any remaining items entered into the Silent Auction.
Saturday September 14, 2024
- 8:30 AM-1:00 PM Pez Toy Show and Sale (open to the public) -Ballrooms
- 3pm Dinner out with PezHeads– Join your fellow PEZHEADS for a dining experience with each other in scenic Winona MN. (Dutch treat). Meet in hotel lobby to carpool.
- 6 PM River Party – an entertaining experience based upon the theme of the convention complete with a unique, one of a kind River Party dispenser.
- 7:30pm (ish) River Games- Let your inner child out and enjoy some goofy games that are sure to please, make you laugh, put a smile on your face
Our goal for POTR is for a family friendly and enjoyable time for all. Plenty to do during the convention as well as a community rich in culture for those who need a short “PEZ” break. We want everyone to come, have fun, meet new people, get connected, become part of the family and have a fun filled but not exhausting time. Come join us on our next memorable “voyage”!
