Cancellation /Refund Practice:
If Pez on the River needs to cancel: Registrations and dealer table registrations will be refunded
If Registered Members need to cancel: Registrations will be converted to an Absentee Packet. Registrants will be responsible for the additional $10 fee to cover the postage.
Dealer tables– When all available tables have been sold, we (Pez on the River) will attempt to re-sell your table. If your table is re-sold, you will be refunded the cost of your tables.
